I am learning to sound out vowels as the middle sounds, and write silly sentences.

"I like writing Silly Sentences.  I can write them."

I am learning to write my idea in a sentence that makes sense.

"I am good at full stops and finger spaces now.  This makes Mrs Wyatt happy."

I am learning to remember finger spaces and full stops, and sound out new words.

"I can write words.  Big ones are tricky.  Mrs Wyatt helps me with the writing."

I am learning to match pictures to my writing.

"I copy the words.  Mrs Wyatt helps me."
